Terms of Use

The following terms and conditions pertain to all users who access the domain ton-ton.se (referred to as "the site"). These Terms and Conditions will apply to all future transactions between users and Ton Ton AB (referred to as "Ton Ton" or "us"), as well as all visits to the site. Ton Ton retains the right to modify these terms and conditions and the most recent update can be found in the final section of the Terms and Conditions. It is the responsibility of users to stay informed of any changes made to the terms and conditions.

Orders

By using ton-ton.se and/or making a purchase on the site, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you carefully review and comprehend the Terms and Conditions before placing an order.

Order Confirmation

An order confirmation is sent to your email within 24 hours of purchase. If you have not received it, please send an email to shop@ton-ton.se.

Delivery and Duty Paid

Deliveries to all countries worldwide are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that VAT and taxes are included in the price at checkout. 

Payment

We accept payment by most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard, Maestro, American Express and Diners Club. We follow Swedish law and on completing a purchase your credit card will be authorized for the full amount of the order. To make your purchase as safe as possible, your credit card information is sent via a secure connection and your card details cannot be read by outsiders. In the case of a return the purchase amount will be transferred back to your credit card. 

Returns, Exchanges & Faulty items

We comply with Swedish consumer legislation which means that you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days upon receipt. The total purchase amount will be reimbursed. Kindly note that the items must be returned in a perfect, unused and undamaged condition. All labels must remain intact and attached to the product. Products are deemed as faulty if they are damaged at the time of receipt or where a manufacturing fault occurs or becomes apparent within 6 months of purchase. This policy does not include damage caused by normal use over time. If you believe you have received a faulty product please contact us as soon as possible with documentation of the damage and/or fault, before returning the item, so that the damage can be assessed.

If your complaint is approved, we will send you a non-faulty product upon receipt of the faulty product. If the item is not available in stock, you will be reimbursed the full amount. The cost of return shipping will be reimbursed to you on presentation of proof of postage. Items lost or damaged in return transit will not be compensated for.

We cannot guarantee that an image accurately reflects a product’s actual colours. Depending on your screen settings, colours my be perceived differentely.

Force Majeure

Ton Ton shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity, telephone or internet services.

In asserting Force Majeure as an excuse, Ton Ton shall have the burden of proving that reasonable steps were taken (under the circumstances) to minimize delay or damages caused by foreseeable events, that all non-excused obligations were substantially fulfilled, and that the other Party was timely notified of the likelihood or actual occurrence which would justify such an assertion, so that other prudent precautions could be contemplated.

Our Terms and Conditions are in compliance with Swedish law and any disputes fall under Swedish jurisdiction. To shop at ton-ton.se, you must be over the age of 18 or have parental/guardian permission.
