RETURNS
We offer a 14-day return policy for all orders. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
To return an item, please log in to your account here.
- Click "orders"
- Select the order that you would like to return
- Choose the items and reason for return
- Add an optional note
- Click "Submit request"
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and approved your return. If your return is accepted, you’ll receive an email with return shipping instructions. Once we’ve received the returned item, we’ll refund you via your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at shop@ton-ton.se.

Want to make an exchange? Please return the item as described above and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us before submitting a return request. We’ll review the issue and provide a solution.
